I-Shou University 113 Academic Year Application for Admission: Preparation Guidelines for Required Documents
Preparation Guidelines for Applicants:
1. Course Records:
- For current year high school graduates (first to fifth semester), course records are provided through the high school learning history database. The sixth semester records will be uploaded by the school to the selection committee.
- For graduates from the 110 academic year onward (non-current year), course records will be provided through the high school learning history database.
- For students who graduated before the 109 academic year, from schools not aligned with the 12-year National Education Curriculum, or those with foreign qualifications, please upload your transcripts.
- For students with foreign qualifications or equivalent learning abilities and those from non-traditional school-based education systems, please provide alternative proof of grades with an explanation.
2. Course Learning Achievements:
- Students may submit up to 3 pieces of coursework outcomes (e.g., written reports, practical works) for comprehensive assessment by the department.
3. Diverse Achievements:
- In addition to high school self-learning plans and achievements, students may provide documents of leadership experiences, competition results, certification, or other relevant achievements. Internal university performance is prioritized. A summary of diverse achievements (up to 800 words, with a maximum of 3 images) must be uploaded.
- Additional supporting documents that can enhance the review are not mandatory but will be considered.
4. Learning Journey Statement:
- This statement should include reflections on your high school learning journey and motivation for applying. The motivation should be specific and clearly relate your personal characteristics to the expectations of the department, demonstrating a preliminary understanding of occupational therapy and the areas of the profession you are most interested in. The statement should be well-organized and supported by specific evidence.
5. Additional Materials:
- No additional materials required beyond the aforementioned documents.
